Saturday ABRSM Theory Club (Age 8-13) Spring Term 2024

Bespoke 1:1 tuition in small tutor groups

Every pupil is tutored at their own individual pace, and to their specific learning styles and objectives.

Some pupils elect to sit ABRSM Theory exams from Grades 1 to 5, whereas others simply need to obtain Grade 5 Theory exam as quickly as possible in order to progress to the ABRSM practical exams from Grade 6 upwards.

Pupils may elect to opt in or out of Aural, Sight-Reading, or Sight-Singing tuition if they wish to focus solely on Theory.

Additional support, accelerated learning

We also provide 1:1 tuition online and in-person throughout term and the school holidays.

Club format

Our Pupil/Tutor ratio is unparalleled in any other Music Club in London. Each pupil will be part of a small Tutor Group of no more than four pupils to one Tutor.

This enables your child to have a healthy combination of 1:1 individual attention and small group interaction.

ABRSM Theory exams

ABRSM Theory exams for Grades 1 to 5 are online. Once an exam application has been made, candidates have 28 days within which to sit the exam on any day of the year.

ABRSM Theory exams for Grades 6 to 8 are in-person at an ABRSM Centre.

Did you know?

All ABRSM exams attract accredited qualifications recognised and regulated by Ofqual (England’s Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).

Any ABRSM Grade 5 exams attract GCSE-equivalent qualifications.

Your child’s progress

We keep a record of your child’s progress on a weekly basis, and parents may ask for a progress report at any stage during the term.

Fees

£60 per week. Ofsted registered. We accept Childcare Vouchers and are registered with the Childcare Grant Scheme.
